Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao and Valdis Dombrovskis, the European Commission’s Executive Vice President and Commissioner for Trade, held talks via video link on Saturday at the latter’s request.
According to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, both sides agreed to launch consultations on the European Union’s anti-subsidy investigation into China’s electric vehicles.
