PHNOM PENH — Chinese President Xi Jinping concluded a three-day state visit to Cambodia on Friday, marking a significant step in deepening cooperation between the two nations. The trip, which included high-level meetings with Cambodian leadership, focused on infrastructure development, trade expansion, and cultural collaboration under China's Belt and Road Initiative framework.

Observers noted the visit underscored shared priorities in regional stability and economic growth. Key agreements included upgrades to transportation networks and new initiatives to streamline cross-border commerce. "This partnership reflects Cambodia's strategic role in Southeast Asian development," said regional analyst Sok Vanna of the Phnom Penh-based Center for Strategic Studies.
