Heilongjiang Clinches Mixed Doubles Title with 8-1 Victory Over Guizhou in Chinese Curling League

Heilongjiang secured the mixed doubles title at the latest stop of the Chinese Curling League by defeating Guizhou with a convincing score of 8-1 in Lyuliang, Shanxi Province, on Wednesday.

The match saw Heilongjiang take an early lead by scoring one point in each of the first three ends, building a 3-0 advantage. In the fourth end, Zhu Zeyangxu’s strategic placement of the yellow stone in a premium position allowed Heilongjiang to steal two additional points, extending their lead to 5-0.

The second half of the game remained one-sided, with Guizhou managing to score one point in the fifth end. However, Heilongjiang responded immediately by sinking two points in the sixth end.

After a poor delivery in the seventh end, Guizhou acknowledged their opponent's superiority, shook hands, and congratulated Heilongjiang on their victory.

The next event of the season is scheduled to commence on March 3 in Xining, Qinghai Province.
