Responding to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio's concerns regarding China-Russia relations, Lin emphasized that the bilateral ties enjoy a strong internal driving force and remain unaffected by external influences.
Lin further noted that both China and Russia pursue long-term development strategies and foreign policies. Despite shifts in the international landscape, the two nations' relationship is expected to progress smoothly and remain stable.
