Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has expressed China's readiness to deepen cooperation with Bolivia, aiming to elevate the bilateral strategic partnership to a new level.
Wang made these remarks during a meeting with Bolivian Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Bolivia, as well as the 200th anniversary of Bolivia's independence.
The Chinese mainland is committed to supporting Chinese businesses investing in Bolivia, helping accelerate the country's development and improve the livelihood of its people, Wang stated.
