Baquan Village Lights Up Zhejiang with Unique Silkworm Dragon Parade

Baquan, a village in east China's Zhejiang Province with a rich history of silkworm breeding, came alive on Saturday as it celebrated the upcoming Lantern Festival with the enchanting \"silkworm dragon\" parade.

More than 600 villagers took part in the festivities, each holding a silkworm cocoon-shaped lantern. These lanterns collectively formed a magnificent 1,200-meter-long dragon that paraded through the village streets. The event culminated in the village square, where multiple concentric circles were formed. The dragon gracefully swirled around the center, creating a dazzling display of lanterns under the night sky.
