The glittering third annual Chinese TV Drama Ceremony hosted by China Media Group (CMG) illuminated Beijing on Wednesday, celebrating the finest talents and productions in the industry.
The ceremony bestowed 21 prestigious awards, recognizing excellence from \"Actor of the Year\" to \"Outstanding TV Series of the Year.\" Celebrated actors Yu Hewei and Jin Dong, along with renowned actresses Song Jia and Liu Yifei, were honored as the \"Actors and Actresses of the Year,\" acknowledging their captivating performances that have resonated with audiences across Asia and beyond.
Among the standout productions, fifteen acclaimed TV series, including The Tale of Rose, To the Wonder, and Romance in the Alley, received the \"Outstanding TV Series of the Year\" award, highlighting the creative storytelling and cultural richness of contemporary Chinese television.
The event also marked the launch of the Film and Television Tourism Consumption Integration Year, an initiative aimed at fostering the synergy between film, television, cultural tourism, and consumption, and promoting the high-quality development of the cultural tourism sector.
