The rhythmic movements of dancers, accompanied by the haunting melodies of the lusheng reed pipes, transformed the village square into a tapestry of swirling colors and communal joy.
This year's celebrations saw unprecedented participation, with local Miao communities welcoming both domestic travelers and international visitors. The inclusive atmosphere allowed tourists to join the circular dances, creating what 28-year-old Singaporean participant Li Wei described as "a living bridge between ancient customs and modern cross-cultural exchange."
