President Xi Jinping Visits Flood-Affected Villagers in Northeast China’s Liaoning Province

On Wednesday, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, braved the cold to visit flood-affected residents in the village of Zhujiagou, located in northeast China's Liaoning Province.

Zhujiagou, under the administration of Suizhong County in Huludao City, has been grappling with the aftermath of recent floods. President Xi's visit brought comfort and support to the villagers as they work towards rebuilding their lives.

During his visit, Xi Jinping met with local residents, assessing the damage and discussing recovery efforts. His presence highlighted the government's commitment to aiding those impacted by natural disasters.

The visit comes ahead of the Spring Festival, the most important festival for the Chinese people, which falls on January 29 this year. President Xi extended his warm wishes for the upcoming festival, emphasizing the importance of unity and resilience in challenging times.
