Death Toll from Los Angeles Fires Rises to 16

The death toll from the devastating fires that have swept through Los Angeles has risen to 16, authorities announced on Saturday.

The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner published a list of fatalities without providing details on their identities. According to the report, five of the deceased were found in the Palisades Fire zone, while eleven were located in the Eaton Fire zone.
