Beijing hosted the Second World Conference of Sinologists on Wednesday, bringing together scholars from around the globe to deepen the understanding of Chinese civilization. Lu Kang, vice minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, emphasized the conference’s role in fostering cooperation among scholars during his keynote speech.
