A modern cinematic reinterpretation of the celebratory gala “Epic Journey” is set to be released nationwide on October 16. Originally held in 2021 to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the gala has been transformed into a film that brings its artistic grandeur to the big screen.
“We worked hard to reflect the magnificence of various art forms during the gala on the big screen, which fully exhibits the love and passion that the people have for the Party and the nation,” said the film’s general director Hou Keming.
