Zoo Berlin has announced that Meng Meng, their 11-year-old female giant panda, has given birth to twins. The twin cubs were born on Thursday in the zoo’s Panda Garden.
“The eagerly awaited second offspring of Meng Meng was born at 13:03 and 14:19 on Thursday in Zoo Berlin’s Panda Garden,” said the zoo in a press release on Friday.
The arrival of the twin cubs is an exciting event for Zoo Berlin.
