The Foreign Languages Press has released the French, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish editions of the first two volumes of ‘Selected Readings from the Works of Xi Jinping’. These volumes are now available both domestically and internationally.
The first two volumes encompass significant works by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, spanning from November 2012 to October 2022. These writings offer deep insights into Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
According to an official statement, the new editions aim to help international readers gain a comprehensive understanding of Xi Jinping’s ideological contributions and accurately grasp the essence of China’s modernization efforts.
The English editions of these volumes were published in March this year, following the original Chinese editions released in April 2023. The addition of these four languages broadens the global reach of Xi’s works, reflecting China’s commitment to engaging with the international community.
