“Pre-performance evaluation allows us to scrutinize the feasibility and potential impact of projects before approving budgets,” Li explains. “As deputies, we have a responsibility to the people to ensure that public funds are used effectively and transparently.”
The evaluation process involves comprehensive assessments of project proposals, including their objectives, implementation plans, and expected outcomes. Deputies like Li play a crucial role, bringing local insights and representing public interests.
